What Causes Loud Noise Coming From Stomach?

For the past 5 month I have been experiencing constant and unusually loud digestive noises throughout the day irrespective of whether I have eaten or not. I have also notices my stools are constantly soft. I am a 29 year old female who exercises daily, and consumes a very healthy diet rich in fibre, I rarely drink and never smoke and have no other health problems. Can you help??

I really appreciate your concern, it is the peristalsis sound and most of the time it is the physiological one but in rare case it could be due to hunger and protozoa infection so eat something and Sacnidazole 1 g single dose can be tried else it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
