Hi.,
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of 10 year long suffering, elder sister dying un-diagnosed and have multiple problems ranging from fibromyalgia, esophagus spasms IBS, Chronic pains; Cholecystectomy, Pancreatitis thrice in a year, have two kids.
All these symptoms and problems for the last 10 years indicate the root causes as follows:
Stress and/or anxiety are the root causes. If you can master these, control these, change the lifestyle and avoid all the irritants in life, most of your symptoms will just vanish away.
If required you can take an opinion of a Psychiatrist, Psychotherapy and medications as required.
Make a list of the irritants in life like the foods, beverages, people, work place problems, friends and relations, situations, the things at home, work and nearby. Change them all, you would loose nothing other than the stress and anxiety and you will improve dramatically.
Once the mental problems are solved, the physical problems can be evaluated well and dealt with separately to get a proper cure.
