What Causes Low Cramp Pains And Stomach Bloating?

Please can you help, for 4 months now often through the day my stomach bloates out and i feel dizzy and sick. I get sharp pains and low cramp pains. I have been to the doctor and had loads of tests and she tells me it is IBS, but I dont agree. Today I ate 1 baby bell and all of a sudden I got sharp pains and my stomach came right out I then got a sharp pain through my bum. I went to the toilet where I found a purple blister type lump on my bumhole which is very painfull. I feel tired all the time and is affecting everything I do. Please help me
