What Causes Low Grade Fever Along With Tiredness And Stomach Ache?

My normal temperature is 97.6 degrees. I have been running between 99 and 99.5 for 14 days and I have been really tired. The first week I felt week and my stomach was queazy. Then my stomach ached some now just still tired. This happened two months ago also but the stomach part was much worse then. I went to the doctor after day 5 and they took blood and urine everything was normal. Why is my temperature still slightly elevated and why am I still tired. But they find nothing wrong. Last time they said it was a stomach virus. But I am getting it every few months.

K I understand your problem.
firstly fever, weakness and stomach pain it may be due to many causes my first possibilty would be a simple gastroenteritis but u dont have symptoms like diarrhoea and vomiting so the other possibilty for me is enteric fever ,just go and meet your doctor and ask for a widal test hope the titers wil be positive because it wil take more then a week for the titers to be positive,if yes then a simple antibiotic coarse that is tan ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice a day for atleast 5 to 7 days with that tab dolo 650 mg twice a day or sos,and some ppi, tab nexpro 40mg before breakfast for 10 days and avoid spicy and oily food as well as outside food ..hope this information and my treatment wil help you to recover fast.
