What Causes Low Grade Fever And Body Aches With Elevated RBC?

Wondering about elevated red blood cells, hematocrit and creatinine kinase? Should I be concerned. Blood checked due to four months of low grade fever, shortness of breath, night sweats, over all aches and pains muscles and joints and extremely fatigued.
