Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi
Welcome to the HCM

I understand your concerns but don't worry. The most likely reason for recurrent cough, cold with low MCV, MCH and high RDW is iron deficiency anemia with allergic tendency. But anything definitive can be said only after proper clinical examination and complete laboratory evaluation. So, I would recommend you to visit a pediatrician for check up. They may advice you for complete hemogram with peripheral smear, CRP, S. Iron and ferritin, AEC, IgE and stool examination for ova and cyst if required.
Hopefully it will be of help.
Take care
