What Causes Low Platelet Count Along With Heart Palpitations?

1am with low platelets first all the other blood parameters were in normal range but now i am with anisocytosis i was in hospital on dec 8 .15 with lot of palpitation and swetening at that time the platelets were 84000 now they are 29000 and d dimer test is strongly postive

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the thrombocytopenia then under lying cause of this is matter of concern and it need to be found out and treated accordingly hope this information helps.
