What Causes Low Platelet Count In Blood And Bruises On The Legs?

I was told I have a low platelet count of 114,000 and I get random little bruises all over my legs. The doctor thinks it might be my ADHD medication that I started taking in September 2015, however I haven t taken it since the first week in May 2016 and I m still having issues with bruising

There is idiopathic thromobocytopenia and autoimmune cause. Work with your doctors regarding that.
