What Causes Low Pressure While Peeing And Abdominal Pain?

For about three days now when every I go pee it I cant pee as much as I normally do, by that I mean the pressure is lower. I feels like it is being blocked by something, my right lower abdomen region feels swollen, and I experienced some pain on that side during sex. I do not have any pain peeing, no burning, and no bleeding, what could it be?
