What Causes Low Urine Output With Bad Odor And Pink Discharge?

When I have to urinate, I feel a very strong surge of pressure...almost like I have a full bladder. But when I do, there s very little urine and what little there is is sometimes very dark and awkward smelling. There is also a very light pink discharge that follows, so light that it could go undetected if I didn t look. What might this be?
