I am a 25 years old women. Married and have a one year old kid. I am feeling pain in lower abdomen and hip and my left leg since morning. I have taken Paracitamol in day and there was some releif. But again after 4 hrs pain has started. I have frequent urination, but there is no burning or pain while urination.I am afraid whether this would t be e-coli infection. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to a urinary tract infection.

I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms.

I also recommend using a cycle of antibiotics such as Ciprofloxacin to treat the infection.

I suggest to drink a lot of liquids and especially cranberry juice.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
