What Causes Lower Abdomen Pain And Small Bowel Movements?

I seem to have a bowel obstruction. If I sit down I feel pain in my lower stomach. I didn't know if it was urinary or bowel. But the last few days I have had very small bowel movements, small in diamenter..is there a home remedy to relieve the problem?

I really appreciate your concern it may not be obstruction but it could be colicky abdomen pain may be due to constipation or it may be nonspecific, drink more water, have more fiber containing diet, and no need to worry about, dyspepsia could be the reason too and hope this information helps.
