What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain And Nausea?
Lower abdominal pain with occasional sharp pain on right. Lasting just over 24 hours. A little nausea. Unable to sleep because of dull pain almost like you have to move bowels but don t have to go. Male age 70. Took antacids but did not help. Does not hurt to walk. No appetite. Thank you fsp

How old are you? Since when you're suffering from? Any burning micturition?
Many causes for lower abdominal pain like cystitis or fibroids in the uterus or ovarian tumours or infection or PID or colitis etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Get it done ultrasound abdomen, urine examination.
