What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain, Constipation And Nausea?
Started with extreme lower intestinal pains, constipation, feeling extremely cold the first night Followed by extreme nausea, cold sweats, feeling lightheaded, but I didn t throw up Continued constipation, tried glycerin suppository which gave a tiny BM by the second day started feeling pain in lower pelvic area with each step I took, scale of 1-10, 6 3rd day, finally had a small BM greenish yellowish brown in the morning and another one in the afternoon also 3rd day lower pelvic area pain when walking is a 3 out of 10 level pain no fever

Dear probably constipation may cause pain in lower abdomen,other possibilities like cystitis, colitis, ovarian or uterine pain etc... eat high fiber diet ,dark stools may be due to bleeding in gi tract,or diverticulitis, dysentery etc.. please get ultrasound scan to be done. please consult your surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.
