What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain Despite Taking Cipro For UTI?

I have been having pain in my lower abdomen. I have had colonoscopy gyne check and bladder ultrasound. All came back ok. I did have a uti. Underwent 5 day treatment of Cipro. Still hurt. No hematuria. No pain during urination. Just a pain in the middle under my abdominal fold

Hi,

In some cases, pain after UTI lasts for a few days. There is nothing to worry about. It will go of its own. You need to take plenty of fluids. If the pain gets severe then take Superspas.
