What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain That Radiates To The Back?

I recently went to the ER twice for lower abdomen pain that radiates to my back.. I thought it was my appendix but when the did a Ct they said I have a small bowel obstruction. Sent me home with Miralax which isn t helping. I did do small bm s but now my lower abdomen hurts when I pee What s going on ??
