What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain While Urinating?

Iv been having unprotected sex with my husband since the day after my last period..weve been making love for two weeks now until today that im experiencing cramps on the lower portion of my abdomen and while i was about to urinate i saw my pntyliner with a red orange stain but there is no diificulty in urinating..what does this indicatev?

Hello and welcome to HCM.
The best way to clear your worry is to get your urine tested .Get a routine and culture test done. Also, observe if it's repeating.If the urine tests are normal, then the best thing to do is, get a gynecologist check-up.If the cramps come on again, take an anti-spasmodic tablet, which your doctor will prescribe.
Drink 8-10 glasses liquids daily.
