General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
welcome to health care magic, I really appreciate your concern.

Please upload me reports once you get it so that you will be able to tell you more accurately.

Meanwhile I would advise you to have lots of fluids to maintain good hydration and it will help by flushing off the urogenital tract if there is possibility of UTI.

Keep your blood sugar well regulated with dose adjustment of anti-diabetic drugs like gilimepride and melmet.

I would advise you for blood sugar fasting and post prandial test with HbA1c test to check long term Glucose control.

Maintain good hygiene and avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food.

Hope this answers your question please feel free to ask for follow up question I will gladly answer you.
Best wishes
