What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain?

I had severe pain in my lower abdomen and it felt like something rolled in there. I am not pregnant. It happened 3 times, once on the right front, then the middle and lastly the left front. The pain was severe and doubled me over. What happened? Did my intestines twist?

Your symptoms can be related to many causes.

It can be:
-A bladder infection
-Constipation
-Gas etcetera

I suggest you do a complete blood count and an abdominal ultrasound to confirm the cause. Meanwhile, you can take Buscopan medicine for the pain.
