Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
I have studied your case and I think it can be tail hone pain. This pain is called as coccydynia. To confirm this I would suggest you to get spine x ray of the coccyx region. If there us any change in the shape than you need treatment for this. It can be either hot water fomentation, steroid injection, cushion like seat for sitting.
I hope this answer will be helpful. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
Thanks
