Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

A lower back pain that makes difficult to stretch or lay comfortably could be due to possible lower back problems.

However, urogenital infection following surgery can cause the same pain together with adhesion of tissues in the site of surgery.

So, you should get back to the doctor who did the surgery and run a few diagnostic steps to determine the right diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini
