What Causes Lower Back Pain After Robotic Hysterectomy?

I had a robotic hysterectomy (leaving my ovaries) 6 months ago in June.Besides getting an infection postop everything else went well.2 weeks ago I started having pain in my lower left side of my back.A week after the pain started on my left side I started having pain in my lower right side of my back. Now It hurts on both sides of my lower back. The pain is where my ovaries are so I started thinking that maybe it s not back pain but ovary pain? If it is pain from my ovaries why would that be happening?

Hello,
Pain from ovaries are referred to inner aspect of thigh and not back.
