What Causes Lower Back Pain After Taking Pessaries Tablet?

I had my 5th day transfer yesterday. 3 x 5AA blasts. Having lower back pain and just had cramps that lead to bowel movement. I m using cyclogest rectally plus daily prontogest injections. Docs have me on 4 pressaries per day. Is the pain in the lower back possibly implantation and are the pessaries as effective rectally?

@ There are many reasons for back ache as muscular , hormone level
alterations causing referred pain from uterine spasms , others
@ It does not necessarily mean implantation .

@ Pessaries are equally effective rectally as well .
