The most probable cause of lower back pain after dead lift is rupture or tear of interspinous ligament.
To avoid such type of injury, thorough warm up of the body is essential. Also dead lift should be done with any other workout and should be done at the end of the total days workout. Avoid sudden lifts and bends.
