What Causes Lower Back Pain Along With Dizziness And Abdominal Pain?

I started my period May 15, an I just got done June 5, I was also on birth control at the time. I stopped taking them 3 weeks into my period. Now I am feeling dizzy, nauseas, stomach pain of tightness, tenderness in my breast, lower back pain, and I just get tired quickly. I took a pregnancy test the other day it came out negative but I know it could still be early. Just 2 days ago I bleed for a day. I have no kids but could this be early signs of a pregnancy just too early for a test?
