What Causes Lower Back Pain And Blood In Urine?

I've been experiencing lower back pain and slight amounts of blood in my urine. It is also uncomfortable to urinate. I absolutely cannot afford to go to a doctor, and if I go to the ER and miss work, I'll be homeless (can't pay my rent unless I work). Is there anything at all I can do to make this go away?

It looks like UTI.
Try taking Phenazopyridine (azo) and cranberry juice.
Both are OTC.
