Hello,
I have gone through your query and would like to offer my opinion. In the current scenario, you need further evaluation. Tubal patency tests, sonogram of the pelvis in the trans-vaginal route to check for pelvic masses, cysts of the ovary and any endometriosis and a hormone profile are needed. Local causes like infections of the vagina/cervix, erosions of the cervix etc., and urinary tract infections should be excluded. Nutritional supplements should be taken to improve general condition, appropriate plan should be made to treat the exact cause and maintaining a healthy lifestyle are important. Hope this helps.
