What Causes Lower Back Pain And Itching In The Anus?

hi i have lower back pain a itchy anus and excessive wind. Also my stools are are nit solid. 6 months ago i coughed up blood and then passed blood in my stools and vomit this lasted 24 hours however i was admitted to hospital and had lots of blood tests and an endoscopy but nothing was found. after reading various things on the net i believe it my be an sti or cancer?

Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Itchy anus can be due to the following reasons:
Local dermatitis.
Due to intestinal infections spreading to the anal area.
This can be diagnosed by the following ways and get treated properly:
Get the stool and blood tested.
Get a per-rectal digital examination, ano-proctoscopy.
This will give an idea about the possible cause and a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole and probiotics should solve your problem.
Apply liquid povidone iodine locally.
Keep the area clean and dry.
Avoid hot and humid atmosphere.
About the backache: can be due to muscle spasms or some spinal problem and an opinion of an Orthopedic Surgeon can help you to get an appropriate diagnosis and management.
