What Causes Lower Back Pain And Urinary Incontenence?

Hi I been having really bad pain in lower back an down hip an leg haven problems standing r walking on left leg some numbness an now today I can t hold my urine I can t really tell I have to go really bad then all if a sudden I do an cant make it to the bathroom in time I also been having electrical shock down my arm same side an lost feeling in the tip of my index finger

The fact that you have urinary incontinence is very concerning. It may mean that something in your spinal cord is damaged that is causing the back pain and incontinence. You need to see a doctor as soon as possible for an exam and some testing.
