What Causes Lower Back Pain, Hip Pain And Leg Pain To A 2 Year Old?

Yes I have a two year old and he complains with lower back pain and right hip and right leg pain. We have had x rays ct scans and blood work and this has been going on since last year about this time no one can seem to find whats wrong with him can u help me plz!
