I have significant lower back pain on the right side. I have had a minimal history of pain there but it usually comes and goes. It feels worse this time, what is the most likely cause as it feels it has been triggered off. Bed, posture, smoking, drinking, running? All activities I do

Hello,

I had gone through the case and found that it might be sciatica or lumbar spondylosis.

So you must go for lumbosacral x-ray and Vitamin D3 blood test.

After the correct diagnosis take proper treatment and physiotherapy.
