Hello,

This looks to me as lumbar radiculopathy and an MRI is advised.

As due to lumbar radiculopathy there might be some soft tissue injury at the spinal nerve level leading to disturbed sensation to the dermatomes and myotomes the nerve supplies.

As there is the loss of sensation and pain in the lower limbs I think MRI is a must to figure out at which level what is going wrong with the soft tissue.

With rest, lumbosacral brace, hot water fermentation, core stability exercises, spinal muscle strengthening exercises, hip muscle strengthening exercises, static quadriceps, static hamstring, ankle toe movement's, straight leg raise you should do well. go with low-intensity exercises.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
