What Causes Lower Back Pain Post A Gallbladder Removal Surgery?
I been having bowel problems for a while. Pain in lower back (around sacroiliac joint), periodic ribbon shaped stool, periodic blood in stool, distended abdomen. There was a time where I had acidic stool coming out and it actually did burn me, and another time where I had this mucos-like substance coming out. All of this started after my surgery when my gallbladder was taken out two years ago.
As you mentioned ribbon like stools can be seen IBS, polyps, colon malignancy etc... please consult your Gastroentrologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Take care
