What Causes Lower Back Pain Post A Gallbladder Removal Surgery?

I been having bowel problems for a while. Pain in lower back (around sacroiliac joint), periodic ribbon shaped stool, periodic blood in stool, distended abdomen. There was a time where I had acidic stool coming out and it actually did burn me, and another time where I had this mucos-like substance coming out. All of this started after my surgery when my gallbladder was taken out two years ago.
