What Causes Lower Back Pain Radiating Down The Legs?
Hi i am 35 years old man sufffering from lower back pain redating to lower legs since 3 years ...nearly every month there is one back pain atakc cause me to sleep in the bad 3 to 4 days last MRI report says " technique multi planar, multi sequential MRI of the lumbosacral spine. Thecal sac ends at T12/L1 level : lumber vertebral heights are preserved. L1/L2 no significant abnormality . L2/L3 : there is a sequestered disk that extends inferiorly and compresses on the thecal sac and nerve root at left lateral recess. L3/L4: there is a mild diffuse disk bulge. No significant central or foraminal stenosis. L4/L5 mild diffuse disk bulge with no significant central or foraminal stenosis. L5/S1 there is annular tear with a small central disk protrusion. No significant central or foraminal stenosis."
Hi, It seems that there might be having some disc lesion producing pinched nerve pressure giving Sciatica pain. Consult orthopedic surgeon and take his advise. Go for short way diathermy, lumbar traction. Do back extension exercises daily. Use hard bed for sleeping. Ok and take care.
