What Causes Lower Back Pain, Tickling Pain On Urinating And Urinary Urge?

hello there. i am suffering from a very strange tingling/tickling pain when i urinate, i feel like i am desperate to go the toilet all the time, especially when i'm stood up or streched out. i also have diarrhia and lower back pain. i have booked an appointment at the docs wednesday morning, there was nothing sooner. I am working at 6 and i'm worried that i'll spend more time in the toilet than at work! can u please help? anything i can do? the back ache also hurt more when stood up, and when i'm trying to get to sleep at night it comes back.
thanks
Leanne.

Respected user , Hi

Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly .

* There seems possibility of urinary infection with or without underlying
calculus in the urinary tract .

* Needs proper evaluation with urine microscopy and ultrasound report .

* Suggestions till then

- Drink plenty of liquids .
- Cranberry sachet once daily in a glass of drinking water , organic citrus
fruits , vitamin c supplements .

Hope this will help you for sure .
Always feel free to ask any further doubts .

Regards .
