My name is Bridget Ambrose, I m 17 and not in very good physical shape. Recently I ve began to become active to prepare myself physically for military enlistment. When I was younger I was diagnosed with asthma but as I got older it seemed to be almost gone. Now though however, when I was running with my squad today the lower regions of my back on the left and right side began to hurt, now the pain isn t just there, its in the upper sides of my back when I breath, could this be due to my asthma from the past or the fact I m out of shape?
it may not be due to asthma but you need to do warming up exercises before you begin more vigrous activity. You may have been out of practice.Do some light massage, hot fomentation also before warming exercises and gradually learn to increase activity slowly
