What Causes Lower Back Pain?

i have lower back pain from 4 years i have done more then 5 x rays which came back normal with a mri also normal i have sciatica pain on both legs some times my back pain goes up .. HLA B27 report is also normal .. can anyone tell me what else is causing this pain ... thanks

pyriformis is a muscle which is present at thighs at times when it was spasm it mimics sciatica ..chk pyriformis and gluteal stretch in internet try doing them you can also visit your physio to learn proper way to stretch
