What Causes Lower Back Pain?

I ve had bad Lower back pain for about 1 week now, done nothing out of the ordinary just woke up with it, it restricts all movement and hurts bending. Just before I was standing and blew my nose and immediately I felt a snap in my lower back base of spin area n it dropped me to the floor, now I m finding it hard to move n the pain is a 10 out of 10 in any position

Hello

Its most probably a disc prolapse.
I think you should consult a spinal surgeon immediately.
An urgent MRI scan of lumbar spine should be done.
You must take strict bed rest.
Take tab tramadol (prescription drug) for pain relief.
