What Causes Lower Back Pain?

Recent xrays shows that I have very little disc space left between L5 and S1. I have lower back pain along with pain in the right buttock/hip/thigh areas. My chiropractor also says my right sacrum and pevic are shifted and sit differently than the left side. Which issue would be causing all my discomfort?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
Reduced disc space at l5s1 mostly is due to disc degeneration and prolapse and is the reason for all your complaints. What is your age? I would like to advise mri of lumbosacral spine with screening of whole spine which will help me with diagnosis and planning treatment. All the best.
