What Causes Lower Back Pain?

Hello, after sex, i get an excrutiating pain in my lower back, it quickly travels into my pelvis and groin, i can stay tense for 24 hrs... and nothing relieves it... my whole body is tense... I also get very anxious because the pain won't get better... what should i do'?
