What Causes Lower Back Pain?

I do have lower back pain. Lately my left leg feel swollen and tight and my feet hurt. But my leg does not look swollen. I have back pain for yrs. I did fall a yr ago and hurt my lower back and tail bone. I do have pain when I set on anything and painful when I get up until I get going then we are good to go.

Hi , Welcome to healthcare magic. It seems that some nerve is got pressed at back.MRI may confirm it.your tail bone pain will be relieved by HOT SITS BATH and analgesics. AVOID SITTING HARD SURFACES .USE SOFT CUSHIONS FOR SITTING. I think this will be of use for you.
