What Causes Lower Backache And Tingling Sensation In The Legs?

how can i tell what is really causing my lower back pain with tingling down my leg. i had an A2M procedure done 8 weeks ago with no improvement 6 weeks after procedure. MRI showed I have an herniated disk at L5 S1 so I received an epidural shot, nothing changed and since my symptoms have only gone worse. just finished a 6day cycle of steroids, no changes yet. I am very comfortable sitting and bending forward but after sleeping a couple of hours at night I wake up from pain, when sit down I m fine but within a minute of standing up, i am in a lot of pain and numbness and tingling. please help me, could this be something else that we have not explored yet. thank you
