What Causes Lower Left Abdominal Pain While Standing?

I have noticed a sharp pain in my lower left abdomen when I stand up after sitting or bending. I have developed slight bladder leakage for the first time ever as well. It seems to occur mostly when I first stand up after urinating. I had written both symptoms off due to recent weight gain, but today I am extremely bloated.

Hi,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a Bladder infection.

Some advice that I can give to you is:
-Do a urinalysis
-Do an uro-culture
-Do an ultrasound to confirm the cause
-Meanwhile, drink plenty of water
