What Causes Lower Right-sided Abdominal Pain?

I have been having pains in my lower right abdominal area for a few weeks. Not constantly just when I go to bed at night is when it is noticeable. And it seems to be more noticeable every two or three day. And once I have a bowel movement it tend to ease up. I do not have ovaries so I know it cannot be that. What you think?
