What Causes Lower Right-sided Back Pain?

br Last night i started having pain in my lower right back above the hip it though it would come and go. It feels like a muscle but I m not sure. I don t recall doing anything that would inflame over the last couple days. Sometimes it radiates up or down a little bit. Sometimes it feels like my hip is going to give out on me. Thoughts what it could be?
