What Causes Lower Stomach Pain?
Hi I have lower stomach pain , no diarrhoea ,no constipation ,it feels like my bladder is always full ,more frequent urinating no pain no blood whilst urinating ,constant ache, and gets sharper pain every now and then, hurts to stand up straight please can you help?

It looks like urinary tract infection as symptoms are suggestive of that. So i would like to suggest you to get routine & microscopy of urine done and then consult any physician near by for further guidance.
