Hello doctor i am a 20 year old boy h Who live in delhi i have facing problem In tonsil there is a stone which can see when i open my mouth and sometime problem in swalling day before today i visite to a government ent doctor he just give a antibactrial moth wash and a antibotce tablets please help me with the best way it s very kind of you

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you have tonsil stone or Tonsillolith that is formed when the food debris and dirt that gets accumulated over the tonsillar crypts gets calcified leading to formation of stone like structures..
They are a potent cause for tonsillitis and bad breath in mouth..
Antibiotics and antibacterial mouthwash will help in reducing infection but in order to get rid of the stones or reduce the frequency of their formation you should start gargling with 1:1 solution of hydrogen peroxide and water..
You should always gargle after eating anything atleast with plain water...
You should limit intake of dairy and high calcium foods..
Drink plenty of water...
