What Causes Lump In Front Of Tibia After AVN Diagnosis?

Hi, I am 29, 1.67 and 63kg. One year ago a was diagnosed with AVN in my left hip and had core decompresion. I used crutches for 5 months (until january this year). During the last week I noticed a small lump in front of the tibia (the same leg) just above the ankle joint. It hurts when I walk or press on it. What can it be? Thank you, Laura
