General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

It could be a post-op collection or abscess.
Consult a general surgeon and plan for an ultrasound scan. If there is a collection, it has to be drained.
Continue antibiotics.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
