What Causes Lump On Baby S Penis?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... About 2-3 months ago I noticed a soft round lump on my baby s penis. My GP Does not know what it is, it does not seem to bother my boy but now I notice another one has come out which is larger than the first. What is this?
